Amanda Bynes appears to have moved beyond lashing out via Twitter.
The 26-year-old starlet was arrested yesterday night in New York after allegedly throwing a bong out of her Midtown apartment window when police showed up in response to a call about a disorderly person in her building, the NYPD confirms to E! News.
In the Police Report: Her Doorman called 911 around 7:42p.m. to report Brynes for smoking pot in the lobby but by the time the officers arrived, she had already gone back to her apartment.
The Officer noted Smoke and the smell of Marijuana in her apartment and has been booked on charges of reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence and criminal possession of marijuana.
It was also declared that she was taken to Hospital to undergo a psychiatric evaluation............. after then she was now transported to a Midtown station for processing.
