Justin Bieber Falls Down Stairs, Shows Off Injury (Photo+Video)

Justin Bieber has taken to Instagram to show off his injuries after falling down some stairs.

The Boyfriend hitmaker posted a short clip explaining how he took a tumble before a photoshoot with Adidas, with the footage including a close-up of a scratch on his neck.

During the video, JB said: "Why I gotta fall and cut my neck before a photoshoot… fun.”

He then jokes: “So I decided that I was going to fall down the stairs. So I did. So that's exactly what I did.”

The new Chelsea manager seemed to have a big box of Krispy Kreme treats in his possession as shown in the pictures below.

It is unclear why he decided to eat them in such a fashion, although perhaps he was told he could not transport them to Portugal in his suitcase.

But they say hard work is hungry work and Jose has much to do to get Chelsea in order for the new season.

As well as bringing in a striker, he needs to work out what to do with Fernando Torres, who has been linked with a move to Barcelona.
